"If ever there was a hidden gem, this is certainly it. Tucked away in the Italian countryside about an hour NE or Rome, we found this inn to be just about perfect. The innkeeper understands her role as a "way of life," not a "job," and it shows. "Beautiful traditional family house. Amazing views. Lovely pool. I swam most days. Peaceful setting that we did not want to leave. Stayed for a month!. Giorgio and his sister were very helpful. Well stocked kitchen. We fell in love with Poggio Mirteto town. We had lovely walks, visited hill towns . Enjoyed Marmore falls and Narni in particular.. Easy access to train station in 20 minutes. Umberto on hand next door if there is a problem. Bliss...."

"I am reluctant to give a good review because I would like to keep this place a secret but that would be unfair to the rest of the world. This was a wonderful country villa. My wife and I came here to unwind, relax and reconnect. It was a wonderful stay in a quite country setting. The view of the olive groves and vineyards is spectacular.
