"Located across the road from Poetto Beach. The road has been converted to a one way single car lane, two running lanes, bike lanes and a wide walking lane. If you come here with expectations for the one star hotel that it is, you will be happy. The rooms are small, but clean with a small patio and clothes drying rack. The staff are good English speakers and very helpful. Reception is open only from 9:00 to 1:30 and 4;00 to 8:00. There are lots of beach restaurants, full restaurants and beach...

"Stayed for a week at this property with our family. Wonderful place with a lot of greenery and a very well maintained pool. We also used the shuttle service to go to the nearby beach and it was great too. The furnishings in the room were up to date and the air conditioning worked very well. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience "

"Lovely hotel. Grounds are well kept. Breakfast is amazing. Pool and pool area is always clean. Beach hotel is lovely. Not a lot to do for the kids, but I think that’s general for Sardinia. Overall, lovely staff, clean, organised, good food. Location is great as long as you have a car. Close to beaches and close to town square. Honestly can’t fault this hotel. Will go again."

"Falling asleep at night listening to the waves crashing was so beautiful, that just explains the location, it really is just off the beach. The property is very secure and has off road parking. The apartment has everything you need for your stay, and when we asked for more pillows, we got them straight away. Our host Stefano was very welcoming and helpful. He even came to our aid with our parking ticket. This holiday did not disappoint, it was memorable."
