"This is our favorite VRBO property. Absolutely beautiful setting with magnificent views of the Delaware River. Great accommodations that are maintained with care and attention. Also, great location close to New Hope and Lumberville on the PA side of the Delaware River and Lambertville, Stockton and Frenchtown on the NJ side. "

"I believe that the outside photos are from when the property was list with realtor. The outside doesn’t appear to be maintained as well as it should be, there is a sitting area out back with table & chairs needed to be wiped down and space all cluttered with leaves. The restrooms were not as clean as I prefer ( I cleaned them myself prior to use). The water output for both showers is very LOW flow (if you have thick or long hair - good luck getting the shampoo rinsed out) . Only one tea towel in...

"My husband grew up here and we wanted to visit our families. We just loved this property. I grew up on a farm and we had the same chickens growing up. I am a gardener and enjoyed looking at all of the trees and plants our host was growing on the property. Unfortunately, the comforters and towels were stained and the house wasn’t as clean as you’d expect for a rental. The shower barely drained at all. "Picked this house because I needed to have a dog travel with me. Inside is nice. Outside and neighborhood, not ideal. Grass was so long my dog wouldn’t walk in it. The deck and porches are not somewhere you would sit and admire the view. Luckily we did not plan to hang out outside. So it worked for us. "
