"Unser Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und schön. Das Auto kann auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war reibungslos, alles hat bestens funktioniert. Die Lage ist gut, mit dem Auto erreicht man zügig viele schöne Ziele in der Umgebung., u.a. Le Mont Saint Michel (halbe Stunde), nach Saint Malo kommt man in wenigen Minuten. Dinan und Dinard und Cancale sind ebenfalls nah."

"No towel or bed sheets provided. I got a “reminder” two days before the stay, in French, to bring our own. I replied in English that Expedia didn’t mention that and got a snappy response in French. So you’re expected to carry over two sets of sheets, the beds are tiny, and all your towels. Another point is that the owner insists on giving you a grand tour of the place and wants 50 euros as a cleaning fee. Again not in the agreement when booking the stay. I did not pay that. They don’t speak...

"Spacious and extremely well furnished and equipped, this apartment has lovely views over the golf course and bay. The owner’s communications were timely, friendly and very helpful. His reception staff were lovely. One criticism would be that the duvets provided could do with replacement; and , perhaps, the rear doors with a repaint! But a lovely place , and a most comfortable and happy stay."

"This apartment is very clean and functional, a mere 7 minutes by foot to the city center. The communication with the owner could not have been better. Each ones of my questions were answered promptly and a request I had for extra towels and sheets was complied with on the same day. I think the apartment could use a couple of rugs to make the place more cozy, but that’s not a criticism, more like an advice. There is a nice little terrace where we sat in the evenings.
