A refurbushed house, it has quirks but also modern amenities like AC, lovely bath, etc. The welcome from the staff was great; having guest names written on little chalkboards to welcome us is a cute touch. "The appartment is located on the third floor in a building without elevator. The paid parking lots in the whole area may be full. We had to park outside the Kappana area, far away. The appartment itself is very comfortable and well noise-insulated. It is large, well equipped with a washing machine and a useful kitchenette."
