"Location and view is stunning. The Pool is amazing warm and our boys loved it. Communication with the host is simple. The house is big and clean we had a wonderful week in Roscoff but the house needs renovation, some things are simply broken and need replacement (vacuum cleaner, shower holder) others are just old or not of good quality. There is outdoor furniture but no cushions, the barbecue is a really cheap one and comes without any barbecue tools."

"Lovely property, 5 minute walk to the coastal path and then a couple of minutes to the nearest beach with a lovely restaurant (Le Theven). Bikes, table tennis, table football and games all available and in great condition. Really helpful host with ideas. Peaceful setting. Only 30 mins from Roscoff. Lots of beautiful beaches nearby. Des lumières extraordinaires , au coucher du soleil, sur les célébres clochers de St pol de Léon, des marches vers l'île Callot, le chateau du Taureau au milieu de la riviere de Morlaix avec des panoramas grandioses,( à visiter ) Une maison ou toutes les chambres ont vue mer..un séjour inoubliable, en famille."

"We have just had a magical stay in Santec. The photos really don't do the house and the location justice. Yvonne had gone to a big effort to make sure the house was spotless on arrival and had put fresh flowers in the house and made 40 fresh crepes along with jam and marmalade. The holiday far surpassed expectations "

Das Haus liegt nur wenige Meter vom wunderschönen Strand des Amiets entfernt, den man fußläufig sehr schnell erreichen kann. "Perfect house for a week away with the family. Kids loved the pool, which was great for when the weather was a bit cloudy. Beaches are really close by and easy to access. The hot tub was ideal as well, and well maintained. Lots of beds for our large family one double downstairs with adjacent shower room for parents, then two double rooms plus a room with two singles and a bunk bed upstairs for the kiddies."

"While the house was clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated and obviously a well-renovated quaint older substance building…..NOTHING can top the terrace facing the ocean in the back of the house. With the location of the house at the end of the street and well-situated screens/walls the deck is completely private, right on the edge of the ocean above granite boulders, so when the tide comes in you can hear the waves breaking…nothing says vacation more than soaking in the hot tub to that...

"We had a fantastic stay at Villa Ty Billou. As well as being great for the kids who loved the pool, hot tub and garden, the layout made it very relaxing for us as well as it is easy to keep an eye on everyone. The location is great and the trip included a very easy journey to Brest to the aquarium as well as numerous empty local beaches. Must also say how friendly and helpful the locals are especially in the Santec supermarket. Arnaud and Marie were also great. One minor comment is some...

"Quiet yet quite close to town. In the kitchen there was no fire extinguisher, no washing up liquid or tea towels. It would have been good to have a small freezer. Bed comfortable and room spacious. Parking was convenient."

"Area is very industrial, however walking distance to really nice restaurants & bars. Location near airport, & motorway, so great for convenience but be prepared for noise. Good location - 20 minute drive to town centre and beaches. Hotel property condition is tired, in need of some tlc. Rooms were adequate. Hotel staff very polite, helpful and friendly. Maid service was fast & professional. Breakfast - continental. We did not use the pool. The photos of the pool area somewhat different to reality. Overall - we would stay again. "

Clean, simple, accesible and practicable.

"Hotel is well located, sufficient parking, good breakfast. Prices are reasonable. Clean rooms. Confotable beds. ONE THING TO IMPROVE: The water gets all over the place on the shower, because the floor has insufficient incline, and very open areas. So easy to get muld and humidity build-up on floor and courners."
