"The apartment was terrific. It was very clean; the appliances and amenities were up to date. The location was perfect. It looks over the main square which I thought might be noisy at night but the bedrooms are in the back and perfectly quiet. The only noise were the seagulls every now and then which added to the charm. Great place."

"Wir hatten zwei schöne Wochen in Cap Coz. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, die Wohnung sauber. Es gibt allerdings viele Treppen zur Wohnung hoch, das Bad ist sehr klein und das Sofa durchgesessen. Aber es ist alles da, was man braucht und die Lage ist perfekt."

Le logement n'a pas de place de parking dédié, mais il y a toujours une place dans les rues alentours. Je recommande vivememt ce logement. "

"Well-maintained one bedroomed flat a few steps from a nice beach on the Goyen River estuary. Short, easy walk into town. Flat is on quiet cul-de-sac with good, reserved parking to rear. Well-equipped kitchen (suit one cook!) and comfortable sitting/dining room to front with sunny, one-person verandah. Good shower above bath. Very pleased. HM"

"I paid for the property. I received the address of the building. We arrived around 7:30pm. The agency wrote that we needed to pickup the key adjacent to their agency from a key box. I did it. Taxis in the area do not respond to immediate calls from phone numbers based in the states. We walked up a great hill with our luggage to the address and the key did not have a number on it. It had a name. I knocked on an apt with the same number as the address and a nice man of advanced years led me...

"Le propriétaire est très correct. Très disponible. Il manque à Abritel de donner plus de précisions sur la location à savoir sur le nombre de couchage. Il est destiné à un couple avec un petit enfant, et non pour 4 adultes. La localisation est très bien . Il manque un peu de confort et surtout le wifi. De toute façon façon le propriétaire est très compréhensible et tout à fait prêt à donner plus en confort. Cuisine et salle d'eau sont bien équipées. Aucun regret pour ce séjour à Concarneau....
