"The house was well stocked and very clean. Everything was easy to use; tv, dishwasher etc. The beds were awesome comfy. Plenty of hot water for showers. Friendly neighbors. Easy access to the house. I had problems using the Vrbo app, so staying in touch with the host was hit and miss for a day or so. Don’t know if the hacking of Microsoft or others had anything to do with that. If not, Vrbo needs to fix the app messaging."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean. There was more than enough space for the five of us. We mainly hung out on the main level. The kitchen and bathrooms are well appointed. Comfy beds and nice soaps, shampoo/conditioner. We did quite a bit of cooking. Good appliances and knives. Plenty of dishes and glassware. Sufficient cookware. Kitchen table seats six. Great for puzzles too! The Poppajohn Sculpture Park is worth the short drive. We also took lovely strolls at Gray’s Lake...

The location was perfect for the activities we had planned. The neighborhood was quiet. There were several outdoor areas and we did use the one deck. "Myself, with my 2 longtime best friends, stayed 3 nights at the home, from the 13th to the 16th. We visited the Fair, enjoyed some shopping and a lot of time together. The house is welcoming, the reservation process and communication with the owner were hassle-free and prompt. It was very clean, spacious, comfortable. The location was easily accessible and very quiet. I would recommend staying here, 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms offer a great deal of privacy and space. "

"This was our 2nd stay at Rock House. Great location close to Central College. My twins love the upstairs bunk room though the steps are very steep- be careful in stocking feet. This tiny house was cozy on a cold and windy night. A possible suggestion would be to add a mirror in the sunroom. It is a good space to get ready for the evening/day since the bathroom is so tiny. I'm sure we will be back again. Love the Rock House"

"Beautiful house in a nice neighborhood. The home was clean and was fully stocked with towels and clean bedding. The property owners were polite and accommodating for the duration of our stay. The beds were especially comfortable after a long motorcycle ride across country. We thoroughly e joyed our stay and would stay at this property again when we return to Des Moines. "
