"A bunch of college girlfriends met up to reconnect and relive some memories from years past The cottage was a place to land, share stories, and catch-up. Some of us stayed overnight Friday and Saturday. All of the amenities were great! We made a breakfast bake in the kitchen and had snacks around the island later in the day. Lots of seating and comfy couches. The shower upstais has a handheld wand shower head and beautiful tile. Was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy our time together. "

"Overall stay was good! What we first walked into though was…not good. The house was a complete mess with dirty laundry and wet towels laying around, plugged sink and dirty dishes. Reached out to owner who sent cleaner over but we had arrived and then had to leave for a couple hours for the cleaners to come and clean the whole house. Communicating was good and it was taken care of but a little frustrating to first walk into and then have to leave right away. Otherwise things were pretty good"

"Very cute cottage with plenty of bedrooms and space to spread out. Roomy finished basement. Could easily hold two families without stepping on each other. In a quiet albeit older neighborhood within a short drive of downtown Des Moines."

"Everything you need in a rental. There are 3 steps to get in the house and one small half step into the kitchen. Very clean, plenty of closet/storage space if you have stuff. Dog liked the yard but not entirely fenced in, lots of other doggo neighbors to meet when walking around the block.fairly quiet neighborhood except a few loud cars. Jersey Mike's within walking distance. Couches comfy, just low to the ground so a little hard getting up! Would stay again!"

"You know when you book a house sometimes and you wonder if the host even knows your there? This isn’t that house. Now don’t get me wrong, we were never bothered or actual saw our host but she did communicate with us. Making sure everything was going smoothly and that we could reach her.The house was great and in a super location to some fun shops and places to eat, we would stay here again.
