"We are four sisters celebrating one's 70th birthday. We visited in January, however we all agreed this would be a great spot for a summer vacation. Only a short block walk to the beach."

"Overall everything was good, but not having the heat on at all before a guest arrives is not good for a winter rental. It took 6-7 hours for the room to be warm enough to be comfortable. My wife had to use a hat, coat, and quilt to keep warm until after 10:00 the first night. We thought we might have to leave and go elsewhere."

The unit was conveniently located with easy access to the boardwalk, beach, and local restaurants. Having a parking spot was a plus! Communication with the host was excellent—they were responsive, accommodating, and made sure our stay was seamless. We would absolutely stay here again!"

Layout is great large room with many beds upstairs worked great for us with group of family teens and other rooms with multiple bathrooms is excellent - loved the porches to see sunset sunrise depending on time of year and and even a little peek of the ocean "
