"We had a good week at the UP Cabin. The only issues we had from a cleanliness perspective were not the fault of the property owner, it seems the tenants before us were a little sloppy and managed to leave behind some things. Had a plumbing issue during the week but the owner had it taken care of ASAP for us, very much appreciated. They have done a nice job with the house for sure. Love the wood panel walls and ceiling, and the kitchen is REALLY well stocked for your stay. Our kids really enjoyed...

"Large group of us (13) revisited heart lake for the second year in a row and would be happy to make it a third. Plenty of space for up to 20 people, great kitchen and dining space, as well as extremely comfortable living and sleeping accommodations. Very cute brewery down the road and quick drive to Elk for activities. Can’t recommended this place enough. Thank you Julia!"

It’s in a rural spot so nice and quiet. I think this property would be just as fun in the summer as it is in the winter with the pond and the fire pit. "Had 10 (50) friends get together for a long weekend in the mountains. The property is better than expected and the photos are accurate. Everyone had a bed which made this the right place. Great location and area for hiking. We were there in winter so unable to use the pool or pond, but that didn’t matter.Plenty of space for everyone. Multiple refrigerators, coffee machines and other great kitchen items for Cooking. The owners are great, easy to communicate with and very flexible / helpful,...

"We used this house as a home base for a planned spa day at Woodloch and it was perfect! Plenty of space and outdoor fire pit is great. Only knock was the grinder pump in the basement woke the whole house up at 3am but we understand that is hard to control. Great location and the host was very responsive and accommodating to my questions before hand. "
