"Very nice and spacious single family home in a conveniently located neighborhood. Felt safe and secure. Home was in perfect condition, meticulously clean and well-maintained. No issues whatsoever. Bedrooms are all upstairs, just in case you don't like to climb stairs. Great place to stay. "

"Everything was good. Property owner needs to get onboard with the parking permit process. Getting a permit to park on the street in front of the house shouldn’t be a major issue when on vacation. Other than that no issues. "

"We stayed over Thanksgiving. The house was perfect for 3 adults and had everything we needed. Hiking trails and U of O campus are close by. "

The location was excellent for biking and swimming at the River Road pool and attending Oregon Festival of American Music at The Shedd, downtown. "The owner was great. Communication was quick and easy. Master bed and bedroom is spacious with nice bathroom. The other two bedrooms have a total of three twin beds. The office has a blow-up queen bed which wasn’t what we expected. The futon is nice in the living room but the other couch is in rough shape."

"Football weekend to spend with our son & daughter , their kids, and our college boys attending Oregon. Two units are spacious and ideal"

"Excellent house for a family get together for Thanksgiving and enjoy a Ducks game. Kitchen very well stocked with nice appliances and cook wear. Nice bowls and serving platters for Thanksgiving dinner. Appreciated the propane grill. Rooms were good size and comfortable. Large living room. Nice porch with view overlooking Eugene. Short drive to downtown and campus. Host was very responsive."
