We have raised a claim (beware that this is booked through a separate agency Herez who once you have paid take very little interest or care. "What a lovely arrival to this property, a warm welcome from Sandrine and a hamper of selected goodies, including local products. Thank you Sandrine for the written instructions to find the house, without which we would have struggled. It is a perfect holiday home with both indoor and outdoor space. "This was an excellent property that caters for all age groups. The property was large enough to cope with 8 adults and a baby. It was a 10 minute walk out of Sarlat so easy for early morning croissants or walking back from an evening meal. We had on incident which was quickly dealt with by the owner. Florence was great at letting us know how to get there and access the property.
