"Beautiful property and very affordable. Rooms are gorgeous and very tidy, and we had a great sleep here for our last night in Cuba. Pretty close to the revolution plaza and some good restaurants. Staff were helpful in arranging transport. Definitely consider staying here if you are visiting Havana Vedado."

"Wir waren das zweite Mal bei El Cid zu Gast und auch dieses Mal waren wir sehr zufrieden. Ein liebenswertes, charmantes Ehepaar und eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre. Unser Zimmer mit 2 großen Betten + dem sehr schönen Bad waren sehr gepflegt, hatte Air Cond. + Ventilator. Hier konnten wir schön entspannen. Sehr zuvorkommend war auch der Service. Zudem ist die Lage der Casa Particular im Habana Vedado günstig. Ein weiterer Aufenthalt bei El Cid ist bereits in Planung. "

"I loved this Hotel the moment I walked in The staff were the most friendliest most welcoming people I have ever met. They made my Cuba holiday a real experience. They arranged my little trips. They joined in with me watching English Football. They became my family and best friends. They taught me Cuban Spanish and I taught them English. We laughed and we were happy. I learnt a lot about Cuba from these guys. You have to go there. "
