"Very happy with our stay in this property. Although basic it was adequately furnished for our needs. Aldea blanco is perfectly placed for beach or exploring the island. Aldi, Lidl and many other stores close by. Airport 10 minutes away. Ignore previous comments regarding dogs barking. We stayed 3 weeks and this was never an issue. Before leaving we didn’t hesitate to book for next winter"

"Highly recommend. Wish we could have stayed longer. We booked this property to relax with family and friends (3 couples and 3 children). We loved that it was quiet and peaceful. "We had to go and book a hotel. The carpet was worn out the sunbed pads were worn out the toilet lid was stained and the sheets mismatched. We left after 10 minutes. We tried to get vrbo who ignored our emails. We found a last minute last hotel room at 6pm at night and spent our holiday in a hotel as we couldnt even put our bags down on the floor. "We had a really lovely stay at the finca. It is in a beautiful and peaceful location up in the hills, which is what we were looking for. It is not in the main tourist area which we appreciated and the local town was very nice. "We stayed for 5 days and on the whole, enjoyed our visit. We wanted something quiet and away from it all and this house is certainly that! Accommodation is fairly basic but very clean, the biggest problem was that at this time of year it was pretty cold in the house, only one small heater was provided. "The Finca Delicias are a small group of converted farm buildings located in a banana plantation near the beach and rock swimming pools of Alcala. The house was well presented, creatively furnished, and well equipped with generous amounts of space indoors and out. Incredible views of the ocean with the sun setting behind La Gomera each evening. The overall sense of tranquility and privacy was a welcome change from Costa Adeje."

"We were met by the hosts who were lovely and it was difficult to find the property but they came out to met us when we got lost very helpful. The property was very clean had more than enough kitchen equipment for all your cooking and eating needs great bbq area undercover for sun or rain shade lovely garden and good views. we went in feb so it was chilly in the eveneing and first thing in the morning. "The property was perfect in every way. Unfortunately the satnav couldn't find the house. We phoned the owner who didn't speak English and I don't speak Spanish. We found a taxi rank and asked them to take us and we would follow and pay them. He couldn't find it either, so he spoke to the owner who came and met us and we followed him. He was very helpful - considering it was now midnight!! Other than this everything else was great. A very steep climb down to the town."

"The hotel was redeveloped in 2024 and is bright and modern. Staff, especially housekeeping (daily) were wonderful. However, we had issues with noise from neighbouring rooms. We could hear voices and the TV through the walls. We also had issue with. the food hall. It was often over crowded and waiting time to get into the food hall at breakfast and for evening meals could be lengthy. The food quality was average. On one occasion, I found a large piece of wire in my pasta. I also had food poisoning, which is no surprise given the crowds in the food hall and hygiene habits of some guests. We stopped going to the food hall after the food poisoning incident. Unfortunately, most resort hotels in the area adopt the food hall method of feeding guests. Also disappointed that use of the gym costs extra. The sports bar was never open. We stayed almost four weeks at the hotel and overall we were very disappointed."

Bahia Principe Fantasia Tenerife - All Inclusive

5/5 Excellent

"Lovely hotel and looked exactly like the photos. We also liked Pedro and Jorge from the specialist restaurants. Only problem was that We had a birthday and they didn’t actually do anything for you and told us too late that we could have paid to have the name on the castle. Also the buffet and pizza restaurants were too short staffed at times. "
