"The accommodations were spartan (no hot water) and a bit rough around the edges. But the temperature was in the low 90's the entire week, and so.. a cold shower was in some instances not only tolerable, but necessary to avoid heat exhaustion! Lol. "The property was located in a decent area. I had a problem with the location address, but was able to get this resolved through VRBO customer support. The host apologized for the lack of updated info that didn't show up on my end.The bedrooms didn't have closets available; would have liked to hang my clothes on hangers. "This is absolutely an amazing location to stay for a few days or a week. Access to the beach is understated. Once you walk down to the beach, you have an amazing view of the cliffs surrounding it. You can swim in the ocean no problem. After the beach, you walk up and jump in the pool and then go in the hammock area to relax. "Property manager did not return my $20 damage deposit even though there was no damage. He tried to over charge for transportation to airport and tried to charge for un specified “consumables”. Be very cautious! "

"It was relaxing and peaceful. We all had a great time. Mario the groundskeeper was very helpful and has maintained the property well. The perfect home to have a large family. Easy access to the beach and the pool was a huge plus. I highly recommend staying here especially if you have a lot of people and if you have kids. "

"It was an amazing experience, the Ranch is very beautiful with green areas very peaceful and also the person is in the property is very friendly and helpful, he was all the time available also the owner communication was very good, I am so happy with everything."

"When we got there it was a little hard to find because of the way the house sits on. But once you get in there it was amazing views plenty of room for everyone. "Everything was very nice and family had a wonderful time. There were plenty of spots for kids to play and sit and read and there were still plenty of room for the rest of the family to stay comfortable and catch up on good conversation. "I asked the host questions before check-in, but they never answered. After check-in, I sent them another message stating that due to the lack (or no communication), I would not be showing up for my reservation and to cancel or to minimize my days to the minimum (from 6 nights), and nothing happened."
