The dishwasher was not operational, nor was the upstairs guest toilet. No hot water in the downstairs shower, no cold water in the upstairs guest shower. We made it work, but it kept us from giving 5 stars."

"This condo was the perfect size for the six of us. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, we were never walking on top of each other. The kitchen was big enough to prepare meals (which we didn’t use as often as we should). However, the place we liked best was the balcony. Although it was quite rainy during our stay, it was still very relaxing watching the rainfall from inside of the comfortable and cool condo. Mark knew that the rainfall would be higher than normal due to La Nina weather pattern and offered to move my reservations because of this. "We had a water leak from AC system, sent a message and was fixed the next day. The location is very close to the beach and many restaurants. The unit does need a deep clean wiping down exterior cupboards, walls, floors. Thinking the cleaning service runs in and out too fast. I would return the unit is a good size and has all you need for a great vacation. Pool area is clean and plenty of chairs to relax in."

"Everything was excellent staying at this Tamarindo condo, the condo itself is luxurious and in the heart of town, we could walk anywhere and everywhere. It was clean, spacious and the communication with the owner and property manager was excellent, we will definitely stay there again "

There are a few things the owner could have done to make it a better experience for renters - the master bedroom closet was locked (not labeled as locked) but they did not provide anywhere for us to hang up clothes in the master bedroom. "We loved our stay!! The location was perfect, we didn’t want to be right in the hustle and bustle but wanted to be driving distance. The beaches were so great, the tide pools amazing, pool was perfect and we sat on the veranda facing the ocean every morning and every evening. The security guards were so smiley and nice!!
