"Pros: We loved the area. It was a couple min. from the beach & the beach is perfect for kids. The waves are great for boogie boarding. We enjoyed playing in the pool. Cons: The host responded to emails quickly, but the management company that oversaw the home weren't great. I was told to message the management company to set up a time for check in, but she never responded. After messaging the host, he was able to give me the info for check in. "Fantastic 2 story, 3 bedroom home with air conditioning in each room as well as main living area. Well stocked kitchen, pool and outdoor living space outdoors. Convenient walk to beach and access to rancho for quick meal or evening karaoke. Reasonable drive to montazumaand Santa Teresa. "

"My family stayed at the property and had a wonderful time. Arturo and Maribel are the caretakers and are some of the nicest people you could ever meet. They keep the property in fantastic shape and are extremely helpful. I highly recommend hiring Maribel to do the cooking, as she is amazing!! The pool is great, the beach was just fine for swimming. "We were not able to get in the Goedome because heavy rain had affected the interior a little. Instead, Carlos upgraded us to one of his beautiful 2 bed 3 bath homes. It was perfect and had a pool. We would definitely stay there anytime. Also everyone was so friendly"
