Do Not Stay Here!!! Too many daily problems and poor mngmnt from Expedia rentals! The SD Hotel and SD Air-BnB have staff at front desk, but Expedia rentals have no Onsite personel to help you!
1. Phone to Front Desk didn't work, so down 5 floors to front desk to get help!
2. Internet Router didn't work!
3. Tv didn't work!
4. Tv signal loses connection once an hour, you have to shut it off and reboot when signal returns!
5. No hair dryer, mngmt refused to supply one, so bought one at local store.
6. SD is building a new 6 story tower 3ft from our ocean view patio. Non stop pounding, framing, concrete pouring, etc from 8am-5pm. Impossible to sit outside in peace and enjoy ocean view. Workers stared at GF anytime she went on deck!
7. Safe would not open, front desk gave me a master key and 4 new batteries then I fixed it.
8. On day 4 we had no Hot Water. I complained everyday til the 6th night of no hot showers. We bathed every night in the pool! On the 6th nite Expedia property manager asked me if I would like her to "schedule a Technician" to fix the issue?? On the 6th nite of No Hot Water thats your??? Why not just do that on day one?
8. On the 7th day of no hot water, at noon we returned to room and found our hot water issue fixed. We left this train wreck called "Singular Dream, hired a taxi back to Cancun and into the loving arms of the Marriot there for our last 2 days. Another out of pocket expense!
