Beautiful apartment in the best location of Playa del Carmen, just right at 38th north street just in the corner with beach access. This is a great location because it doesn't have all the noise of the party zone, but you will have just in the corner the 5th avenue with several good restaurants and everything is walking distance.
To go to the beach you just need to go out of the condo and the access will be just at left side.
This condo has a great deck at the top of the roof with an infinity pool with and amazing view to the beach and the city.
The building has elevator and the apartment is located in the 2nd floor.
The apartment comes with a sofa bed and 1 bedroom with a king size matress, it has free wifi and cable tv, the kitchen has everything that's necessary.
It has a complete bathroom and also a small balcony with a table and 2 chairs.
It has a safe box also.

From the time we arrived to the time we left we had a fantastic time. The condo was clean well stocked with dinnerware. The location was awesome. Our house Mario was attentive. The rooftop pool was awesome. Pueblito Escondido was the perfect Locale. You can rent this unit with confidence

Pueblito Escondido is a perfect spot for family, or if you and a spouse want comfort, convenience, and quiet. The rooftop pool is spectacular and its a shirt walk to 5th ave (quinta avenida) where all the restaurants, and shops are.

I loved my stay at the condo, I loved the openness. Also it's on the most beautiful street in Playa and next to the beach the rooftop pool has a magnificent view and a very nice pool.

BEST LOCATION

This condo is absolutely my favorite! This is the second time we stay at this building. This time we were on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the 1st floor pool. Their roof top infinity pool is amazing-it's heated! Everything very clean, full kitchen-just wonderful. Shower needed a little more pressure for my liking, but still able to take a nice hot shower to get rid of sand. This host had a beach umbrella and beach chairs which was extremely convenient. I love that it is literally steps away from the beach with an OXXO next door and a couple yummy restaurants just steps away. I will definitely return!

Vacation in the sun

This property is located in a lovely quiet area right beside the beach access in Playa de Carmen. The roof top patio and pool is absolutely gorgeous with a spectacular view of the ocean! The condo is very spacious and clean and has all the amenities needed. Mario is great to deal with and the holiday was very relaxing!

Perfect location in Playa with large one bedroom unit that has everything we need. Perfect rooftop pool with view of the sea below. We have stayed here 2-3 times a year for years and love it..

Great Beach Holiday

Wonderful location. Nice one bedroom with dressing area and large living room with open kitchen overlooking ground floor pool. Property was clean and everything we needed was at hand. Best rooftop pool in Playa overlooking the beach, just steps away.!

Perfect location

We loved our stay here ! Great location at the beginning of 5th ave on a quieter street. Beautiful, big condo with two pools and close to many nice restaurants. The beach next to the condo is not the main beach in playa, it is just a small beach, the main beach is at the other end of 5th about a 20 min walk.

Easy check in and out , spacious apartment ,only complaint was no free wifi but we survived on our data .paying $13 a day usd just wasn’t worth it to us.

Property is dated but well taken care of. Staff is very helpful and respectful. Owner of this condo was responsive until we arrived, then did not answer my messages until a few days later. Both TVs did not work and it took 3 days to get the tiny one in the bedroom fixed. Owner never inquired again to help satisfy.

Mario was an excellent host.Had new pillows and towels within a few hours. Unheard of in Mx. Marion at front desk was a friendly, honest person. Great location. See you next year!!

wonderful getaway

beautiful proprty - close proximity(walking) to very good restraunts/shopping/megamart etc - beach was perfect no seaweed - very comfortable bed - the only negative was water pressure in shower - there was a very loud band playing nearby but just closed the door and no issue - TV is not accross from couch so we just moved the couch - we will definitly return again soon

Great building literally steps from the beach. Amazing oceanfront location in arguably the best street in Playa Del Carmen, Calle 38th street. You will Feel elation every time I walk in or out of the building. It is why we have stayed in the property multiple times. (7 times last year). Who said “you can never get enough of a good thing “? I think it was May West. Anyway you will not be disappointed. My bar is pretty high. This property checks all the boxes.

The condo needs some fabric replaced. Musty mold strong smell. Unable to spend time in condo. The resort needs some up keep report d to front desk and property manager. Made a complaint with stay neighborly also.

Smelly Playa del Carmen Street 38

The whole area has an issue with a horrible smell after rotten eggs. Some days it was a bit better, but after some rainy days it got again worse. The apartment itself was okish. The kitchen and the bathroom need a make over. The oven was so dirty that we did not use it and many potts very heavily sctrached / melted. There were stains on the couch and a duck tape was used to fix a hole. Washing and drying was very inconvenient since it was not placed in the apartment and every load has to be paid. We wanted to shorten our stay but our proposal to the owner, was not addressed by anyone. Neither FeWo-direkt or the owner, It was handled poorly and we never got a satisfactory reply.

Outside door to unit doesn’t lock

The condo is adequate and close to beach and restaurants. The sliding glass doors to the balcony-which adjoins the other balcony had no lock. It had been previously broken and not fixed. The owner stated, “ it’s a safe part of town” and said over the holiday weekend the fix it man could not get there. The fix it man showed up and photographed it with his phone and left. He didn’t return and we checked out. Hopefully the major security issue has been remedied. A bit stressful thinking we had no lock on the balcony.
