This studio apartment features top-quality finishes, a fitted kitchen, sofa bed, and balcony with a view of the city. On the terrace, you can enjoy an area of lounge chairs, a shared pool with a small waterfall, a green wall, gym, and a business room. The terrace has a particular view that includes the local airport of Playa del Carmen used for small planes, which can be fun to watch take flight.

This brand new condo is located in the downtown area of Playa del Carmen, a few steps from the local airport, supermarkets, restaurants, and commercial stores. Zulim condos has a modern design with an elevator overlooking a vertical garden. There are many museums nearby, and the beach is within easy walking distance. Or set out to explore Tulum Jaguar Park (Parque del Jaguar).

Good stay and convenient spot
Convenient spot near the supermarket, away from the hustle and bustle party life. Also close to the vans that take you to Cancun and Tulum. Pablo the security guard was very nice. Could use nicer pillows but overall it was clean, good location and quiet.

GREAT Studio condo
We loved everything about it - as a matter of fact we've leased it 3 times! Our apartment was clean and well equipped with all basic appliances, and internet. Rooftop area was a gem early morning & in the evening. It's off the beaten path, yet close enough to everything. You will enjoy this unit

Extremely clean and well equipped property
Property well maintained and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. It just 1min walk from a big supermarket. Claudia was extremely helpful and nice. But be prepared to take at least 20min walk to the closest public beach through some not really good looking neighborhood. The balcony view is pretty nice but do not expect to overlook the calm tropical forest - there are the small green area just in front of the building with a huge supermarket on the right and bright gas station on the left and a quite busy road below, so I had to use blackout curtains during the night

Well maintained, manager responsive
I spent 31 nights at this studio apartment. Initially had some internet/tv issues. The manager quickly took ownership and resolved them, very courteously. The property has 24/7 security, who opens and closes the door for you. Walking distance to a Chedraui grocery store, very convenient. Pool is clean and open all day and night (provided the noise level is down). A/C is brand new, and quickly lowers the room’s temperature. Great for 2 adults. A family of 3 is the limit, 4 would be too cramped. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall a good stay. I enjoyed the greenery out the window, but that property is for sale. Having the Chedraui grocery just steps away is GREAT! Free washer and dryer on the roof. This is in the corner of PDC east of the Federal Highway. No club noise here.

This condo is perfect size for two, but can sleep an extra person on the sofa bed. Nice and clean, newer construction. I stayed for nearly a month and it was extremely convenient. Just a short walk to the grocery store and maybe a 10 minute walk to any restaurant or store you’d need. The beach is about a 20 minute walk but the roof top pool is just enough to keep you cool! The gym was small but got the job done. I loved having onsite laundry. Alberto was extremely accommodating and the security staff there were so kind. The building is secure and is in a quiet neighborhood. Never had any issues with my stay. Enjoy!

Awesome!
We stayed in this awesome apartment last week, our days was so great, we were so excited that week. Chedraui is so closer to the apartment and the location is great. Alberto is great and we recommend this apartment like your first option to stay in Playa del Carmen. The smallest problem is the parking, so small and the other neighbors don’t leave you use it

Taxis are easily available. Good location when you have a car as it is easy to find a parking spot and in 1 min you are on the highway.

El departamento está agradable, da un buen confort y los servicios incluidos en el edificio se disfrutan muy bien, queda cerca un comercio con el que complementas tu estancia, para ir a la playa y a la 5ta Avenida requieres tener en qué moverte (vehículo, moto, bicicleta, etc.) ya que no está tan cerca. Las personas que nos atendieron muy amables, atentas, hay unos espacios en los alrededores con vegetación y en términos generales fue un bonito lugar para pasar unos días. Saludos!!
