We found there was a definite lack of communication from the resort. A prime example was the day they upgraded the room locks, the resort dropped off a notice 4 hours after the fact which stated you would be able to exchange your keys the next day. Another example demonstrating the lack of communication there was no posting of the nightly activities in a easily accessible area, the only sign we found posted was by the far end of the pool, which we stumbled upon only because the towel exchange we normally used happened to be closed early. Even then it only had that day’s activity not a weekly schedule. It appears though Iberostar is putting efforts into the lands and building maintenance to extend the life of the facilities and sell their Star Prestige program there was little in the way of customer appreciation.
