The place is horrible!!!!! doesn’t look like the pictures , very dirty very old , the room had many problems , mold smell and broken tv, water flood at the sink and from the rain in 2 rooms. Stuff at front desk was not nice at all !!! will never recommend this place to anyone !!! we suffered there and it completely ruind our vacation , especially for my 4 kids !!!

The location was very convenient and close to restaurants and shopping. I appreciate the sound proofed rooms. The location was only a block away from noisy bars. Although the sound got louder as night progressed, we had no problem sleeping once we close the windows. We also enjoyed the ocean view from the top floor every morning.

Overall this place is a very nice place to stay because of the staff and cleanliness the Pros: - friendly and helpful staff - full kitchen - filtered water system with additional jugs on request - pretty architecture - convenient location - pools are very pretty -- the pool further away from the beach on the second half of the property was actually my favorite the Cons: - The Noise: we spent most of the vacation battling for sleep because of the construction going on behind the hotel. One night at 11pm we heard sawing and hammering below our room that didn't stop for hours. Finally reached out to the front desk to find out what was going on and they said that the property behind them was doing work and that they were only notified at 11pm. I wish they would have notified us. The 'property behind' was the parking garage that was directly under our room. They did offer to move us to another room for the night but by that point it was 1am and we needed to be up in several hours to go to Cozumel. I appreciate the staff trying to accommodate us but the noise during the stay was a big downside. Also be advised that the walls and floors are very thin so you will hear your neighbors. So when we weren't berated by construction noise we would listen to the neighbors every move lol - the Hot Tub: the 'hot tubs' are not hot tubs. They are lukewarm baths barely warmer than the pool. So just don't go hoping to have a relaxing hot tub experience

Outdated Condo Hotel, Photos on Expedia are old. The hotel has Zero beach front, just 15 feet of big rocks, no place to lay on the beach ( No Sand). Had to walk three blocks to get to a public beach. Would not return!!! or recommend.

Liked- location close to 5th avenue. Hotel is beautifully styled, beds comfortable and everywhere is kept clean. Beachfront area is quite small so not ideal if want to spend time lying on beach. Several fishing boats moored directly in front. Nice beach cafe for good breakfast which you have to buy a voucher for from reception. Excellent gym about 3 min walk away. Good concierge services. Reception answered all questions when asked but didn’t proactively share information eg about gym and restaurants etc. Overall great place and would stay there again.

Second time to stay, beautiful view, staff are amazing and helpful, if you like the nightlife this place is the correct one, there nightclubs around the corner and they're amazing, La Quinta Avenida is 2 blocks away. Nothing else to say because the experience was everything.

Hotel staff upon arrival was less than friendly. After handing us the keys without stating the room number, “do you know where to go?” Hmm. No. Never been here! He told us nothing about the property, including what the fact that there was no beach due to erosion. Did not see any signs of adjacent dining either. False advertising here- pictures should be updated. Additionally, the gym is located a few blocks away and you need a day pass to access it. Closest public beach is a 10 min walk. You won’t want to spend much time at the hotel but the surrounding area is convenient. Hotel was clean.
