The room had a bad odor and is outdated. Does not match the photos! The a/c in the room was broken, it wouldnt allow the temp to be adjusted and made a loud noise.The location is not nearly as close to the beach or 5th ave. as it says. Disappointing

We are a family of five with three kids, and we had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We loved how spacious the room was and appreciated the beautiful plant decorations throughout the property. The staff were excellent—friendly, communicative, and always helpful. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every two days, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was delicious, although the selection was somewhat limited. Despite that, our overall experience was fantastic. Initially, we were a bit hesitant to book for an entire week after reading some previous reviews, but we’re so glad we did. The location is also very convenient, close to Tulum, cenotes, and many other tourist attractions. We highly recommend this hotel!

Main Bathroom out of order and second Bathroom doors bloking each other to open. Sorroundings need maintnance , looks dirty . Location unfortunately at the very busy road but not much there can be done about it. However room is espectacular, clean and very inviting. Service was good.

I stayed for one night with my wife. I could not believe the rudeness of the staff. The front desk would not make eye contact with me. I felt treated as if I did not belong in their hotel. We also found a cockroach in the suite.

The property was great. Staff was friendly just didnt speak to much english which isnt bad we just dont speak spanish lol. The pool was always clean and fun for ours young kids. The onpy negative review i would comment on is the restaurant. The free breakfast wasnt good and they upcharged for minor things. It was bland and the service in the restaurant was non existent. But overall we loved the hotel
