2 horas reloj para el check in. Solamente habilitado room Service para comer a las 5pm. Llegó 7.30pm y fría. Respuestas tenemos mucho trabajo. La peor al hacer check out y hacer comentarios: “nosotros también preferimos otro tipo de turistas que pagan la tarifa completa” haciendo alusión a que por pandemia reducen tarifa...pero también servicios: 3 pisos por escalera con carriola y una bebé porque ningún elevador del complejo funcionaba.

Habitación le faltaba clima , nos dieron la habitación hasta las 7:00 pm , se hacía fila con gran tiempo para restaurantes , el servicio muy deficiente , fuimos para ver qué tan bien estaba ya que la intención era separar 8 habitaciones para la siguiente semana , iremos a otro hotel

Instalaciones bien. No tiene bar en ninguna alberca. La playa está en reparación y no está bonita para ser Playa del Carmen. Los meseros tienen buena atención pero pésimo el gerente de restaurante. Te hacen reservar para el restaurante de especialidades a una hora y cuando llegas a tu reserva te dicen que no tienen mesa, que te esperes media hora a ver si se desocupa alguna. Pero si llegas un minuto tarde la pierdes. Intentamos hablar con el gerente y su respuesta fue: “pues no se que esperan, es un all-inclusive”. Con eso me dijo el tipo de personal con el que estaba lidiando. Una simple disculpa hubiera bastado. En fin no lo recomiendo mucho.

La playa le faltaron hamacas Tina de hidromasaje y para nadar horrible esa parte mucha piedra y lodoso, en cuanto a lo demas excelente instalaciones comidas y buen precio

Muy buena atención en los restaurantes. Excelente comida. Solo que hay mucho mosco. No es agradable porque el teatro, bares, y algunas amenidades están al aire libre. Pero lo demás es un hotel muy bonito y tranquilo. Lo recomiendo
