Although the condo unit (204 and 204B) looks nice and is a very good size, it’s located facing the street (Avenida 20) and therefore is a very noisy unit. That avenue is quite busy and loud vehicles pass on it constantly (especially since the building is located next to the ADO bus station). I do not recommend that unit if you want a relaxing night and if you are not a deep sleeper. The door lock inside the condo does not lock the door so use the key to lock the deadlock from the inside if you want to lock the door at night. Other units in the building are rented to longer term tenants and there is always a person at the front desk to manage the ins and outs of the building. No unregistered visitors permitted after 10pm which is great.
Coffee pot was broken. Floors were very dirty (porous tile is hard to clean) so keep your shoes or flip flops on. No AC in the bathroom of unit 204B because the shower has a shuttered window with no glass. We had to buy or own garbage bags, dish soap and toilet paper as it is more of an airbnb unit. Missing a few kitchen items that would be very useful such as a can opener and toaster.
