"The villa is spectacular as in the pictures. Beautiful outdoor area marred only by the mosquitoes! The pool was clean and despite one heating pump malfunction stayed at a nice 29 degrees throughout. Xisco, the owner, lives in the villa next door and was very quick in every instance when asked for anything or when reporting any problems. In short we had a lovely holiday in beautiful surroundings. "We were really looking forward to our stay along the coast in Alcudia. The house does NOT have A/C. There is one small until in the living room - that only cools that one room. It was over 90 degrees F and humid during our stay- the bedrooms were upstairs and closer to 95/100 degrees. We could no sleep in the home. "Unsere Anreise wurde leider auf sehr früh morgens verschoben, dafür kann natürlich der Vermieter nichts. Aber uns wurde zugesagt, dass wir ab 12:00 Uhr das Haus beziehen, bzw. schonmal unserer Koffer abstellen können. Wir haben dann übermüdet und bei Hitze vor dem Haus gewartet ... mehrfach haben wir telefoniert und uns wurde erklärt wie wir die Tür öffnen können, da sie nicht abgeschlossen sei ... leider war sie aber doch abgeschlossen und bis uns das geglaubt wurde und ein Mitarbeiter kam um...

"Lovely villa and gardens with gated pool. Tonja's service was exceptional and really made the holiday for us! We did not hire a car but on reflection it would have been a good idea as it is a steep return from the village and as we just loved Alcudia old town we would have liked to visit more often during our stay. We had all ages in our party from toddler to 70's - we all loved it!"

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wunderschöner Sandstrand, für Kleinkinder geeignet, fußläufig erreichbar. Der tolle, große Garten mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und versteckter Außendusche hat uns am besten gefallen. Immer wieder gern! Mietwagen ein Muss, Supermarkt nicht fußläufig erreichbar. "Das Ferienhaus riecht muffig und zusätzlich hatten wir 7 Tage lang Fäkalgerüche (die WC-Anlagen waren falsch angeschlossen) aus den Bädern die sich im ganzen Haus verteilten. In einem Bad zählten wir ca. 60 Kanalfliegen. Nach jedem Betreten des Hauses mussten wir alle Fenster und Türen öffnen damit der ekelhafte Geruch verschwindet. Erst auf unser Drängen hin wurde ein Installateur gerufen (nach 7 Tagen!). Danach wurde es besser, aber der muffige Geruch blieb."

"Herrlich ruhige Lage und trotzdem ist man in wenigen Minuten in Alcudia. Das Haus ist schön gelegen, hat wunderbar bequeme Betten und eine tolle Terrasse. Ausgesprochen gut gefallen hat uns auch, dass wir endlich ein Ferienhaus hatten, das reichlich mit Geschirr ausgestattet war. Einziger Minuspunkt für uns, die viel selbst kochen: ein neuer kleiner Topf und ein Messer, das richtig gut schneidet, wären perfekt (aber das ist nun wirklich jammern auf hohem Niveau und hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht...

"A lovely week in November. Property was quiet and the staff we engaged with were friendly and polite. You need a car really for this one. Only disappointment was no oven in the kitchen as we do self cater but we did manage ok with the hob & microwave. "

We didn’t bother paying extra for dedicated parking and we never had trouble getting parked on the streets outside the hotel.
