"A pleasant and very clean family run hostel / small hotel with nice grounds and good amenities. We enjoyed our stay but unfortunately had a problem with mosquitoes. The owners kindly gave us a mosquito spray which helped us. We particularly liked our bedroom which had a balcony with hammock. Lovely sunsets from the balcony looking out over the sea. We would happily stay again."

"Our family of four love this place! It is a real gem, conveniently located next to a park with plenty of great restaurants and a convenient store. "The property was fine, looked nicer than the actually quality of the property. The shower water pressure was not fantastic and it mostly stayed at medium warm. Our room looked nice though! The staff only spoke Spanish, though a nice young man did give us directions in English once — only saw him the one time. I speak middling Spanish (enough to get around) and my partner elementary Spanish. We were able to ask the staff for directions to the bus station just fine. The staff was overall, cold....

"We had an excellent stay at Oasis Fresh. Staff are super friendly and accommodating, and its in a perfect location to get everywhere you could want to in Santa Marta.
