"Positives: Really nice living area, big TV, pool table (we didn’t use), well equipped kitchen, really nice bathroom, my bed was comfy, neighbourhood felt safe, good communication from owner/manager(?). Issues: Some beds were less comfy - dodgy springs, very creaky, only provided with one very small toilet roll (between 5 of us!), we couldn’t get the hot water to work but didn’t really have time to try and sort it out so just had cold showers, pillows could do with replacement - one was really...

"Strange check-in, I wasn't made aware by hotels.com of check-in procedure; just by luck some employee was smoking a cigarette] outside so I could check-in, poor procedure, again I don't think it's westciti's fault. The apartment was a bit warm, nobody there to get the temperature setting right. Also, poor noise insulation: foot steps and recreational activities could be heard from upstairs"

"Wonderful place with very separate bedrooms and bathroom choices for a large adult and children group! We couldn’t get over the cutest of the place and the hot cocoa maker. The host was super responsive and we had a great family reunion at this location. "

"Overall, perfectly adequate and well priced. Decor a little dated, but room had everything we needed (just about). Main feedback is you need to change your mattresses as they are lumpy and not super comfy. We cooked in the room and there were a few things missing : Oven glove Scissors Larger cooking pan/wok as there were 5 of us. Apart from that, cannot fault the owners and would stay again (if mattresses are changed). One thing to note - it is a little too far out for central London (30-40mins...
