"Excellent stay, the property is clean modern and very spacious. I stayed in Villa 1 which had plenty of space for me and my wife. The room had a nice kitchen area with a large fridge / cutlery, cups etc , a comfortable bed and a clean modern bathroom. The property is located within walking distance to one of the entrances to Marino Ballena national park and provides secure parking with an electric gate. Overall I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend to stay at Cedrela Beach Villas....

"We had the pleasure of staying at this amazing property for four days. The house and grounds match the photos exactly and if anything the pictures don’t fully capture how stunning it is. We were a little unlucky with some rainy weather but having this place to stay/return to every day was a joy. As others mentioned the drive up to the property is a bit of a stressful experience initially, but after the first few times we got the hang of it and it became another memory/part of the adventure....

"This rental is exactly as pictured. The hosts are wonderful answering any questions . The area is remote do you really get a nice experience of the culture. The views of wildlife and the beach are stunning. Plenty of space to be extremely comfortable with 7 or more. Definitely need a car as they suggest. "I hosted a group adventure retreat in this insanely gorgeous villa with a group of 15. The pictures do not fully capture the magic of this beautiful, clean, and grandiose casa! "We stayed here as a family of 4. Absolutely beautiful home and property. My kids loved the pool and each having their own bathroom. We watched toucans and other birds in the trees and iguanas, Jesus lizards and geckos run around the grounds. A/C in the bedrooms was lovely. The living room and kitchen could be a bit stuffy in the middle of the day, but we were out by the pool during those hours anyway!"

"Loved the house and the location was great. The pool outside was perfect and we would go play in the water at the beach. Note that the beach right out front of the house is not a good place to play since there are large rocks and swift currents in the area. You have to walk a couple hundred yards north to get to an area you can play safely. Waking to that beach on high tide can be difficult. "

"The rooms a very unique and they property is beautiful. We had tiny bats roosting on our villa and it was fabulous to watch them swoop and dive over the river in the evening. The owner & staff were lovely although my lack of Spanish made communication difficult. There was few maintenance issues, and the room it’s self could do with a little love."

"We are 2 couples that visited. We have been here before and loved it then. On this trip we did the recommended Jungle ATV tour - fabulous! We had great meals at La Parcela and of course the wings at Jolly Roger’s! This villa is perfect for great walks on the beach, relaxing by the pool and has a great kitchen to prepare any foods or beverages desired. Easy travel to Manuel Antonio and Uvita for night life, and quiet if you wanted to stay home. We truly love this area and will be back for sure!!"

"Hotels dot com screwed up the reservation, but Jessica at the property did everything she could and made sure I️ have accommodations for my trip. She’s there to help and does a great job at that. The road going to the site is dirt, but that’s expected in CR. The pool at the smaller condos is amazing. Infinity, with fantastic views and the right depth to hang out and enjoy life. Definitely going back there the next time I’m in Uvita!!"
