"We found the accommodation well equipped. Location was ideal food shop across the road. Major supermarket Super U 500 metres away. Parking outside was ok as no traffic wardens .....2 doors down was a Boulangie , next door cheese shop. In the main square plenty of restruarants and local market on Monday morning well worth a visit. Good communication with owner."

"Der Aufenthalt litt unter Dauerregen, wofür die Gastgeber natürlich nichts konnten. Nur dafür ist das Appartment zu klein und unkomfortabel eingerichtet, das Terrassendach undicht und die Terrasse somt nicht nutzbar, die Sitzgelegenheiten unbequem und zum Trocknen der Sachen keine Hängemöglichkeiten. Die Küche auch nur äußerst sparsam bestückt. Ansonsten toller Garten, alles sauber, herrliche Vorgebirgslandschaft. Bei Sonnenschein sicher alles etwas positiver."

Half hour drive to Mirepoix and Foix with their medieval charm, good markets and restaurants. Foix in particular has great places to eat. Would recommend this accommodation"

"We had a wonderful stay at Monica and Malcom's. We enjoyed long walks in the surrounding countryside and the fully enclosed garden was perfect for our dog. The highlight was visiting the pop up bar/restaurant they host on Fridays in the village. The gite is very private but with the benefit of Monika and Malcolm being close by if you need help with anything. Would definitely visit again and would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful stay in the countryside."

"Just back from 5 days staying in Fanjeaux at Danielle and Denis's lovely little gite. Communication with Danielle was very smooth as was checking in. The apartment is underneath the hosts accommodation but is still very private. The gite is very well equipped and has plenty of outside seating areas and an awesome pool which is shared with hosts. "Tom's place was a truly wonderful experience. His conversion of this little barn has created a spacious and thoughtfully converted interior. The kitchen area is well-equipped, the sofa welcoming and the underfloor heating a bonus on cooler days. The bedroom is comfortable and roomy, the bathroom with a walk-in shower completing the picture. And all this looks out over a view of the Pyrenees that had us captivated. "From the initial enquiry, communication with the owners was excellent. Anne and Frédéric are excellent hosts, very helpful without being intrusive. The accommodation cannot be faulted. Clean, very well equipped and very spacious. Small but well stocked supermarket within 5 minutes. Larger Carrefour and E Leclerc hypermarkets within 20 minutes. Pleasant 3 mile walk through vineyards and around a lake straight from the Gite with more demanding and walks and hikes within driving distance....
