"we had the BEST time at Chipeta - the breakfasts were amazing (Amy was especially awesome, she was so kind + gave great recommendations and even went out of her way to help us with some info), our room was beautiful and perfect for our two dogs to join us in, and the area is gorgeous - and close proximity to the hot springs was a huge plus. this is our favorite place we have stayed in CO for certain and we will definitely be back soon!"

"We came from Texas for a white Christmas, and that is what we got. The tree was beautiful for all of the gifts we brought. We also made Christmas dinner on Christmas day and with what I brought from home and what they had there in the kitchen we made it work. Water pressure was pretty good. With the amount of people we had, we spread our showers out, so everyone had hot water. The beds were comfortable for us. The location was great for us (closer to Silverton than Durango), and the cabin was outfitted with most everything you’d hope to have at a VRBO. "Location is almost a ski in ski out with a short walk to a ski run then ski down to a ski lift. Shuttle service is very convenient to get around mountain village and for pick up at the end of a ski day. It’s kind of too difficult to actually ski back to the lodge so a pick up at the market or the village is easier. Loved the pool and hot tub outside after a long ski day. They also have a sauna and steam room and indoor hot tub that was nice and clean. It was perfect for our needs just wish there...
