"Simple rooms and shower facilities, with a shared kitchen and living space downstairs. This is so useful to share tips and experiences with others. The space has walk books and you can borrow backpacks, beach towels etc. Giuseppe made us breakfast each morning and looked over our plans for the day, giving us ideas and information. "The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. "A bit dated in terms of aesthetic, but lovely atmosphere and spacious room. Close to a small beach with excellent water-side dining options. Seems like fun salsa dancing and bingo events at the hotel. Would recommend!"

"The staff and location were fantastic, however the property and rooms are quite dated and the rooms were not very clean, especially the floors (this is in part because they don’t vacuum which for noise is fantastic but there were lots of hairs on the floor when we arrived). I would not class this as 4 star. The food was not to our taste either but this can be rather subjective. Regardless we had a pleasant stay and the staff really were delightful. "

"Pros: - Location is amazing, very central but still quiet. - Friendly welcome by the staff. - Honesty bar was a cool feature. - Very clean throughout. - Staff made us breakfasts to take away as we were leaving early to explore / catch a flight. Cons: - Our room was in the loft with low ceilings and felt quite claustrophobic. The window also looks out onto a white wall, feels quite closed in. - For the level of hotel, we would expect the bottled water in the room to be replaced daily. - Reception is left unmanned quite often - if you need anything early or late, it’s a little annoying. For example, we asked for an ironing board through WhatsApp before 6pm and didn’t get a response until the morning (they were very apologetic but feels like you are left on your own). - Frustrating breakfast booking system is very rigid for the size of the hotel - three allocated times, you can’t just turn up."

Loved the location

"We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. At first we booked room with a city view but once we arrived were delighted we were able to upgrade to a sea facing room. It was convenient to walk to the city centre, bus services and a supermarket. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed. Enjoyed eating on the balcony. "

"Very nice old property in the centre that has been tastefully converted into a small hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and well decorated, with a lot of artwork on the walls. Plenty of dining options nearby, including one next door and another about 50 yards away"

"ONLINE CHECK IN DID NOT GO SMOOTHLY OR TIMELY. NOT FOR ME. NOT FOR MY SISTER. BOTH BOOKINGS WERE NOT FOLLOWED UP SOON ENOUGH. COMMUNICATION OF PROCESS WAS POOR. WORTH NOTING: AIR FRESHENER WAS SO STRONG IT WAS IRRITATING. I PREFER NO CHEMICALS IN MY ROOM. NO SPRAYS. JUST CLEAN. LIKED BUILDING & ROOM. "
