Wonderful boutique hotel
Fabulous stay. Location couldn't be better, so close to bars, restaurants and shops but peaceful and calm. The suite had absolutely everything you could ever need, even an electric juicer! Lena was wonderful so helpful and friendly, even gave me a mini birthday cake and card.

Non è un hotel ma un sottotetto di una casa ristrutturata al terzo piano senza ascensore, caldissima ( non si dormirebbe senza aria condizionata TUTTA la notte), nessuno dei servizi previsti solo cassaforte, nessun ristorante per la colazione che ti devi PREPARARE TU con gli ingredienti di uno scarso cestino che ti fanno trovare dietro la porta al mattino tardi( c’è un angolo cottura ) e poi ti tocca pure lavare i piatti! Nessun computer , nessuno alla reception se non al mattino per un’oretta e la sera idem L’unica cosa positiva è che in pieno centro storico ma per parcheggiare devi fare almeno 20 minuti a piedi perché i parcheggi sono tutti pienissimi Non ci tornerei più

La struttura si trova nel cuore di Ciutadella, in una zona completamente pedonale. Si tratta di un vero hotel boutique, curato fin nei minimi dettagli, dal piacevolissimo profumo che ti accoglie all'ingresso, all'arredo funzionale ed elegante delle stanze. La signora Lina è estremamente disponibile e riserva una caldissima accoglienza, mettendo a disposizione inoltre un grande raccoglitore molto utile con indicazioni su attrazioni e posti da visitare nell'isola. Ad essere pignoli mi sento di segnalare una pecca: va migliorata la pulizia delle stanze, nello specifico la pulizia del pavimento. L'aspirapolvere viene passato regolarmente, ma il pavimento in 5 giorni non è stato mai lavato: trattandosi di una località di mare, soprattutto nella zona bagno si sono accumulati residui di olio e creme solari che sono rimasti lì a rendere sempre più scivoloso il pavimento. A parte questo dettaglio assolutamente risolvibile, struttura fantastica, consigliatissima, che risceglierei se decidessi di tornare a Minorca.
