"The desk stuff is very helpful on the information for tourists, booking day tours, city views etc. We would go back to that hotel if we plan to visit Edinburgh near future that is very much possible. "

"Stayed here with my 11 year old Grandson and he loved it. We used the pool which he really enjoyed and breakfast was lovely. Location was perfect and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended."

"Great friendly staff, small but clean room with a beautiful view of the waterfall outside. The walking areas around about are gorgeous and the rooms are extra secure with key card entry into the hallways to the rooms ect.. over all we had a great stay and would definitely come back 😊"

"Hotel rooms were great, everything we needed, very large windows, airy and bright. Room to sit and relax and read. Staff were FAB, everyone we dealt with could not have been more friendly, efficient and helpful as well as chatty and cheerful. Breakfast was continental but so much choice and delicious. great extras such as ironing rooms on certail floors if you needed them. Would definitely use again. have already booked a stay in Glasgow."

"Stayed for one night before travelling from Edinburgh Airport. Hotel was clean and well decorated throughout. Although the stairs we used as there was a problem with the lift felt like we were in a public car park! Not in keeping with rest of hotel. Room was quiet and pleasant to stay in. Only slight issue was that the bed was very soft and noisy when moved. "

"Beautiful location--pictures do not do it justice. Plenty of room for our family of 5 adults. Be prepared for the stairs, but it is so worth it! Peaceful, beautiful surroundings. First class interior. Cant recommend it enough!"

"Staff were friendly on check in. Offered to help carry our bags upstairs as no lift. Room was clean and tidy. We had a top floor room. Kinda inside the roof. View was lively but room was very warm at night and bed was smaller than we expected and shower was small too and weak pressure. Felt like pics on Hotels didn’t match the actual bathroom images. "So glad we booked this apartment. Right in the middle of town on Market Street with everything within minutes of walking. The place is very spacious by U.K. standards and the fixtures are pretty high end by the U.S. standard. A two bedroom apartment for the price of a small hotel room. Incredible value! Will definitely come back. "
