"I highly recommend this property it was absolutely beautiful. The stream behind the house was gorgeous and brought a deer and her fawns several of the mornings we were there. The house is well equipped for large groups and it was the perfect spot. Not too far from town but also peaceful and secluded. Buena Vista was a short 10-15 min drive. Perfect."

"The place was beautiful and clean, the Mountain View’s were perfect for the weekend! We had a very difficult time finding the right location as the directions from the listing take you to a house across the street with the same address. It was dark and snowing when we arrived and as the listing said, there’s no service or WiFi available so make sure you screenshot the pages like it says because it’s a lifesaver! Overall, loved it!! "

"This home is the snowy cabin we have always dreamed of. There really are no neighbors! It is secluded. My only hardship here was the altitude- which is not the fault of the property! (PS Go see Copper Kettle Apothecary in nearby Salida for an herbal remedy tea blend to help with this). Otherwise it was perfect! The house had everything you could want. "Our stay was an excellent experience for the entire family! This house has everything we needed to enjoy the Colorado Mountains including the fishing pond with lots of fish. The location is great for the nearby hot springs, rafting and towns of Salida and Buena Vista. The beds were comfortable and the back deck was a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning and the stars after dark. If you are looking for a great place for your family to relax and un plug, this is the place to go to."

"As we drove down the road we took notice of all the nearby cabins and none have the views this one does. Incredible views and we got the “frequent visitors” our last morning there. Place is clean and can get really toasty if you want it to with the fireplace and heating. Fire pit and hot tub were great for the winter weather while we were there. Definitely will stay again. "
