"Our family made this beautiful property “home base” while visiting Rome. Views are tremendous. Hosts are very communicative and left us a wonderful welcome gift. Car rental from Termini to property 45 mins (but plan on an hour + with traffic when returning). Quick drive to the nearby town for any provisions. "This property is.located a little outside Palombara Sabina, but still within easy access of supermarkets, bars and gelato! It is a good sized property for 4 adults and a couple of kids. The dawn chorus is incredible and the views down the valley and across to beautiful hilltops have to be seen.
