Car rental from Termini to property 45 mins (but plan on an hour + with traffic when returning). Quick drive to the nearby town for any provisions. The villa is wonderful inside and out, with beautifully maintained gardens and the best outdoor cooking area we’ve ever had in a villa like this. "This property is.located a little outside Palombara Sabina, but still within easy access of supermarkets, bars and gelato! It is a good sized property for 4 adults and a couple of kids. The dawn chorus is incredible and the views down the valley and across to beautiful hilltops have to be seen. Air-conditioning works well, if you need it and there is decent water pressure, even with both showers going at the same time. Kitchen has all the bits you'll need, including a dishwasher. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato anche una bottiglia di vino sul tavolo a darci il benvenuto. L’host Stefania è molto gentile, ha tenuto a ridarci il costo previsto per l’aria condizionata, visto che in questo periodo non viene utilizzata. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo e si raggiunge facilmente Roma. Tornerò sicuramente!"
