"Our two night stay was super! The outstanding staff members made all the difference. They allowed us to check in early, called taxis for us, and generally went out of their way to make sure we were treated well! "Best night's sleep I've had in a while. The bed was very comfortable. The room was completely clean, but extremely bare Bones. The door to our bathroom was swollen so it was difficult to open as it dragged on the floor. And the light in the bathroom was burnt out, but everything we reported to the proprietor, he had taken care of right away. Check-In was a breeze, and the gentleman that runs the place is amazing! I had to show him my confirmation and argued the point with him. In the morning a man unlocked the front door and walked in stating this was a common area and he had all right to come in before check out. My family and I were very disappointed with this reservation. "

"The property expirience does not match pictures on expedia. We didn't get property as it was on picture when I made booking on expedia.it. On my request they gave me apropriate apartment but in 10pm! they asked me to pay full price of that apartment although I already paid most of that amount throught reservation.. on a side fact that I booked that better apartment according to pictures on expedia..
