"Our two night stay was super! The outstanding staff members made all the difference. They allowed us to check in early, called taxis for us, and generally went out of their way to make sure we were treated well! Nothing is fancy at this facility, but everything was clean and we had all that was necessary. The area is quiet also. We would stay there again. "

"This is not a hotel or motel. It is a floor with nice rooms. The only time we saw anyone behind the desk was when guests were expected. It was difficult to reach out to anyone. We were very frustrated. The rooms were kept clean. The area was great. It was right by the pier. We wouldn't stay there again. "

"Best night's sleep I've had in a while. The bed was very comfortable. The room was completely clean, but extremely bare Bones. The door to our bathroom was swollen so it was difficult to open as it dragged on the floor. And the light in the bathroom was burnt out, but everything we reported to the proprietor, he had taken care of right away. Check-In was a breeze, and the gentleman that runs the place is amazing! "Stayed here with another couple the evening before our cruise. Sandro, the owner, is absolutely awesome. He picked us up from the airport, got us settled in our rooms and then took us to the best restaurant in the area for our first fine Italian meal. The next morning he arranged our transportation to the cruise ship. This is not a hotel, it is a stand alone building that has been converted into several new rooms. Everything is new, modern and clean."

"The property expirience does not match pictures on expedia. We didn't get property as it was on picture when I made booking on expedia.it.
