"If I could give more stars I would! What a beautiful unique place! the staff was like a family & took such good care of us. For dinner they went to their garden & brought back fresh vegetables to cook for us ONLY! It was magical & a beautiful escape from busy Rome! I will definitely go again! "

"This convent has exceeded our expectations and turned out to be a memorable, very comfortable stay. We arrived in the dark and didn’t really have a good idea of what’s around us. In the morning we had a lovely surprise waiting for us. The view from our window was magical - rolling hills with a beautiful ruin of a castle on top. "This property advertised free wifi, but NO wifi was in any of the rooms. Also the heater for the room was controlled by the owner via a timer, which was only on for a couple of hours in the evening. We were freezing all night long. We would never stay or recommend this hotel. Expedia need to check on their hotel choices before offering them."

"La signora che gestisce l'agriturismo si è fatta in quattro per venire incontro alle nostre richieste e ci ha accolto a braccia aperte, veramente una bella persona. "The property expirience does not match pictures on expedia. We didn't get property as it was on picture when I made booking on expedia.it. On my request they gave me apropriate apartment but in 10pm! they asked me to pay full price of that apartment although I already paid most of that amount throught reservation.. on a side fact that I booked that better apartment according to pictures on expedia.. "We had an amazing experience at the Gemelli cozy home. It was the perfect space for the two of us and our 4 year old. The home was modern, very clean, beds were comfy, and the shower was great. Lucia was a very hospitable and helpful host, attentive and available throughout our stay. She gave us easy travel tips to help navigate the city and restaurant recommendations. Hotel Pineta Palace was a comforting safe place!

"From the 1st arrival Anastasia who checked me in right away with a smile at the front desk reception counter to all the amazing helpful staff — Antonio, Ananda, Mittel & the bartender extraordinaire, Djibrune and your breakfast servers Stefano & Christine, I am sooo happy you made my anxiousness of flying out solo to Rome for the 1st time without knowing any Italian! I felt Hotel Pineta Palace was a welcoming & comforting safe place from being devastated by my partners of deception of a hospitality venue in a suburb of Chicago that I left with a one-way ticket to Rome with the surrender to God to takeover my Life and he brought me to this place to see the Vatican City. I am sooo grateful for this time here and the generosity of the people that I am attending the wedding of this couple from Mexico where I will cook for the Wedding Day as the couple didn’t receive the funds to pay for the reception dinner for 32 people, so I offered my services to cook a 3-course Italian dinner from scratch for them as I have done for my Church serving the 300 members and the town’s homeless shelter of 50 people for over 40+yrs. "The staff were really helpful and spoke English. The breakfast was great. The room was clean. The only downside (which isn’t the hotel’s fault) is that we were told there would be a taxi stand at the ferry station. There was not. It was 10pm and an uber would have taken at least 30 minutes to wait for. We ended up having to walk with our luggage in the rain to the hotel. It was close enough to walk but probably 25 minutes. But I recommend the hotel overall."
