"The room was a good size with good facilities: wifi, fridge and kettle. Well done. One problem was that all the sockets except one were Italian, rather than European, and the fridge, kettle and my laptop all needed the European socket! The breakfast service was atrocious. The worst I have ever had anywhere. It took over 10 minutes to get a cup of tea. On my last morning I had finished my breakfast before the pot of tea arrived, so I did not have time to drink it. "The hotel was good and the location was excellent, a few minutes away from the tower. I arrived at 1plus pm, however it was closed and had to wait till 3pm to be checked in. The checked in was smooth and the staff was great. It would be great if the reception is open from 1pm to 3pm.
