"Broken down car in the car park is only vehicle there. Doors open but no staff. Have to go several hundred metres to ibis budget to register. Poorly maintained and unsafe feeling area not helped by signs pointing out that the car park is not secured "

"Only comment would be that there were a lack of power outlets in the foom & the bathroom would benefit from some tlc. The bar & restaurant were not open. I'm led to believe seasonal opening although on Hotels.com said that they were on site however should gave advised if open or not"

"We booked this as we wanted to be close to Toulouse airport after arriving that day. It was close by and fairly well priced (maybe on the higher side for the size). You can park close to get block, which is convenient. The place is very small, the photos are fairly generous. We are a family of 4 (kids 8 and 6) and it was just about okay for a night. "This establishment actually has no official stars. This is a richly deserved rating. Apart from one very kindly cleaning lady, I can not think of one positive thing to say about this "hotel". The sign on the gable wall tells you the hotel has been renovated. The notice in the plastic cubicle that is the "bathroom" (the door didn't close) tells you improvements will begin in September 2017. We found an infestation of flies on the nasty plastic curtain of the shower . And this was the better...

"The dinner was the best bit and the hosts were kind and welcoming! Everything else was a bit less than average. We were looking for a short stay with a spa and had used the filter in hotels.com to select the B&B. On arrival we were very surprised that the spa is not included in the room we had booked and were forced to upgrade. This was extra strange because the hot tub is not attached to the "suite" as you might expect. Instead its directly next to the main entrance which is also the kitchen....
