"First of all check-in to this hotel (Lucija) is at 3.00PM and not at 2.00PM as it is wrongly written at your agency! I have some issues at hotel regarding your check-in time - I needed to wait one hour and half longer! The air conditioner in the room is in very poor condition as it cannot cool the room. As a result, it was very hot in the room, the room is facing west and is in the hot sun all afternoon, so we opened the balcony door in the evening...

"Staff were rude. At checkin she chose to answer many calls meaning checkin took a very long time No directions given. Tried to checkout and apparently the remote for air con had to be taken down but no one tells you this Staff were so rude Meals were below average. A Buffett dinner and breakfast but the serving trays were empty and not refilled The rooms were very noisy and aircon didn’t work so well Had to park a very long way away and two people damaged cars because of narrow road "

"I love this place. I’ve stayed a few times and I’ll probably return. The staff, food and location are amazing!! There was however a persistent smell resembling backed up sewer. " Beautiful hotel, all rooms are facing the coast. Swimming pool with warm sea water is excellent. Parking is little bit outside of the hotel and might not have enough space. Walking distance to both Portoroz and Piran. The only complaint is no air conditioning in October. It is still warm during the day. Open windows work at night. "

Purtroppo per andare sul lungo mare bisogna fare tanti scalini, altrimenti non c'è nulla intorno all'hotel. Anche il parcheggio è su una discesa ripida. La stanza molto comoda, asciugamani puliti ogni giorno ma il pavimento non è mai stato pulito in 4 giorni. "

"Terme Hotel is just being renovated, still our room or the outside of the building still look old. The facilities in the room are basic and the bath room quite small, but all in all fine and very clean. Food options in the hotel are rather medium and dinner at the hotel quite late - and there aren't many options around, except for Restaurant Pinija which is in walking distance and really great. All in all for the stay a 4/5. "
