"Staff were rude. At checkin she chose to answer many calls meaning checkin took a very long time No directions given. Tried to checkout and apparently the remote for air con had to be taken down but no one tells you this Staff were so rude Meals were below average. "The room was ok, but the parking was too far from the apartment, and ot did not say in the description. I had to carry a lot of my luggage by myself and it was not near. And when we got there, the man who regulated the parking was confused where were we staying, so we circeled a couple of time. Bad organisation. And they charged a fee for the registration that was not mentioned. I was really dissapointed."

"First of all check-in to this hotel (Lucija) is at 3.00PM and not at 2.00PM as it is wrongly written at your agency! I have some issues at hotel regarding your check-in time - I needed to wait one hour and half longer! The air conditioner in the room is in very poor condition as it cannot cool the room. "We enjoyed our stay at the apartment, it was spotlessly clean and the Host was kind and helpful. It has a nice quiet balcony with a garden and a partial sea view - perfect for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area. Highly recommended."
