"Outstanding property and service! The breakfast was the best I've had in Greece! The pool is clean and modern and they had free parking. The service was perfect. Highly recommend you stay here for touring Chania and the West Coast of Crete. Not too far from Balos Beach or Chania."

"This apartment was beautiful, totally new, very beautful tilings and equipments, Smart TV, kitechnette, daily cleaning services, great view of the Falassarna beach from the second floor where we stayed. Restaurants below are good and ambience and sunset view was great. Beaches were close, also below hotel there is a small beach for babies, no waves and walking distance from the hotel. Laundry service 10 euros for 6 kg load, it was quick, we dropped the laundry in the morning and by evening it...

"Vi har kost oss på kallitsakis beach hotell. Flott leilighet med eget soverom. Sengen var god. Et rolig hotel som ligger rett ved sentrum og rett ved stranden. Vennlig og hjelpsome annsatte. Dette var mitt andre besøk der og kommer gjerne igjen "

"Very nice room , very clean, very friendly staff, close to beach(through adjoining restaurant ) and very close to Main Street for shopping restaurants entertainment if desired. "

"Amazing staff. Amazing location. Amazing renovation. I would recommend more comfort in the beds and have an option for double bed/king size instead of the two single beds. Other than that I felt safe travelling and staying there alone. Very very good people at the property. "

"We were disappointed in the beach and surrounding facilities. It is an extremely large area so other parts of the beach may be different. There was only one beach bar at night that only served frozen pizza, so unless you did a big drive it was very limited. We didn’t want to drive up the steep roads again. The hotel is very clean but basic. It’s lovely to hear the sea at night with the doors open! "

"Lovely owners, and a very clean apartment with a comfortable bed. Room had free water in the fridge, and Raki. The apartment complex is right on the beach, and I felt very safe walking back at night (I travelled alone). A great place to stay for a relaxing beach break! "

"Lina & Dimitri were wonderful hosts and always made sure we had a comfortable stay. They offered us cold drinks like ice coffe, when we relaxed at the pool area. The apartment itself was cosy and we had our own balcony. The air condition also worked perfectly during the hot days. There was a bus station just outside Iliaktida apartments, so it was easy to take the bus to Chania and other places in Crete. The village itself is a place with greek culture and also restaurants with autenthic greek...

"Wouldn't call this exactly a hotel, it's more like some family owned bunch of rooms in a big house. But they are well maintained and convenient enough, although quite simple. The location is nice, meters from the sea and a lot of restaurants on the promenade, the beach however is about 10 minute walk away. Nice, quiet place, good base for exploring the western part of Crete. Very friendly staff, well prepared with information and hand-enhanced printed maps for the region."

It was fair distance 20 mins from Chania and taxis did pick us up and drop us off but wait was half an hour late for drop off and long wait in unorganised queues to get back, but was do able. It was good but mainly to stay in hotel...

"Excellent friendly staff Nice hotel with beach front location and a 2 minute walk into town for the shops and restaurants Plenty of sun loungers on the beach to the front of the hotel Wheelchair and buggy accessible Varied breakfast, lunch and dinner, menu Reception will arrange taxis, tours, or car hire if required Only 40mins by taxi / car from Chania Airport (40Eu each way) "

"Literally couldn't fault this wonderful hotel. Ultra friendly, helpful staff, so clean, convenient for local restaurants/supermarkets etc. It's a 30 minute taxi ride into Chania old town, although there are buses. Honestly, a perfect stay"

"Our stay at Isida hotel was wonderful, from the delicious food, friendly staff, great entertainment and very clean and well kept resort, we enjoyed every moment of it. Short walking distance the beach where you can rent jet skis and other water sports. Shopping, restaurants and rentals are all within walking distance from the hotel. Great location and very friendly staff, met all our needs. Will definitely return. "
