"The location is great. Large contemporary hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. But no luggage racks. We set our suitcases on the floor. We were only there for a night so we’re not using the closets. Staff at check in and out were friendly. However during check in our daughter was in the lobby by our luggage waiting for us to check in and the lobby “guard” approached her asking her questions that were uncomfortable like she didn’t belong there. She’s 25, not a child and were we only 10 feet...

"My new favourite hotel in Madrid…. And there are a lot to choose from. The location is just perfect , taxis everywhere, subway near by and a safe interesting walk to most central points of interest. The rooms were comfy and clean, the bathrooms were well thought out and really decent water pressure in bathes and shower . The breakfast is one of the best i have had the pleasure to enjoy and all the staff from the front office people to the room cleaners are delightful, i will definitely stay...

"Very quirky and stylish hotel. Great touches in the room, with free canned water and luxurious robes. The outside of Atocha station was under construction at the time so loads of traffic and difficult access."

"Very satisfied from the money I stepped into the reception, beautiful and clean environment. Amazing and supportive staffs. Its more than a hotel with everything you need in your room. 4 minutes walk to Metro station direct to city centre. Foods, groceries store and bar around. I feel very comfortable all my stay. "The apartment was great for my family of 7. The apartment is spacious, clean, and modern. Located at the heart of Alcalá de Henares, close to all Christmas festivities, and only a 15-minute walk to the train station that can be used to get to Madrid. Free Public Parking is a 3 minute walk and the apartment is in the same street as dozens of coffee shops, restaurants, and stores."

"My stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Madrid was delightful! The hotel's location was a significant plus. I felt safe, and the surrounding area was quiet, making for a peaceful night's sleep. The convenience was outstanding. Plenty of dining options were within walking distance - I particularly enjoyed the tapas and steak houses! The hotel was walkable, and I appreciated the easy parking, a huge bonus in a city like Madrid. While I didn't utilize public transport much, the transportation options seemed readily available. The hotel was also conveniently located to access other parts of the city. The breakfast was good, though the coffee could have been stronger. Overall, the excellent area around the property contributed to a fantastic stay. I would definitely recommend this Holiday Inn Express to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base in Madrid."
