"O predio. no geral, eh bom, moderno, bem equipado e com tudo muito novo e funcional. O grande problema dessa propriedade eh o sistema de entrada e saida no predio. A localizacao dele nao eh em zona super segura. A portaria remota demora muito para abrir a primeira porta. Alias, demora sempre mais do que o necessario. O melhor seria os hospedes terem acesso a abrir e fechar a porta do predio. Outra questao foi o colchao EXTREMAMENTE macio, que nao eh nada confortavel."
