"Suite à un séjour de 10 nuits, l'appartement est à 5min de la plage, très central, 2 parkings sont à côté.L'emplacement est toutefois un peu bruyant car proche d'une grande avenue, Las Palmas est très urbain il faut dire aussi.Il est assez propre et plutot confortable hormis les ustensiles de cuisine.Nous avions accès à la terrasse commune qui est très agréable.La communication avec l'hote s'est bien passée mais pas très réactif pour apporter les ustensiles manquants."

"Der Check-In verlief ohne Probleme und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war gut und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr geräumig. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, aber mit einem geliehenen Fahrrad konmten wir alles in 10-15 min problemlos erreichen. Zum Einkaufen befand sich in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Lidl, der auch sonntags geöffnet war. Zusammenfassend ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt! Wir würden wieder kommen! :-)"

"We stayed at Apartamentos Brisamar Canteras briefly in 2019 and enjoyed it very much, so returned in Sep 2024 for a longer stay. The location is fantastic, right on the beach about half way along the 3km promenade. Tons of restaurants and the beach is very well maintained.
