"We stayed at Apartamentos Brisamar Canteras briefly in 2019 and enjoyed it very much, so returned in Sep 2024 for a longer stay. The location is fantastic, right on the beach about half way along the 3km promenade. Tons of restaurants and the beach is very well maintained. The property does need a bit of attention - we had some very sticky doors and a broken laundry rack, and the moving of chairs on marble tiles caused a lot of noise that transferred to apartments above and below (could easily...

"Suite à un séjour de 10 nuits, l'appartement est à 5min de la plage, très central, 2 parkings sont à côté.L'emplacement est toutefois un peu bruyant car proche d'une grande avenue, Las Palmas est très urbain il faut dire aussi.Il est assez propre et plutot confortable hormis les ustensiles de cuisine.Nous avions accès à la terrasse commune qui est très agréable.La communication avec l'hote s'est bien passée mais pas très réactif pour apporter les ustensiles manquants."

"Der Check-In verlief ohne Probleme und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war gut und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr geräumig. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, aber mit einem geliehenen Fahrrad konmten wir alles in 10-15 min problemlos erreichen. Zum Einkaufen befand sich in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Lidl, der auch sonntags geöffnet war. Zusammenfassend ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt! Wir würden wieder kommen! :-)"

We were given an apartment with no hot water, and since we got to the flat late in the evening, the problem wasn’t solved until the day after, when we were told to return to the place to check out so they can clean the apartment and move us to another place. "Grocery store 2 blks away. Weather is consistently perfect. Beach is 1.5 blks away. Where else can you relax and see such amazing places God created for us!!"

"The apartment is absolutely front line, separated from the beach by a pedestrian promenade and above a furniture shop so not at all noisy. Balcony looks over the sea and we loved sitting out and enjoying incredible sunsets. The place is small and furniture basic, but that is pretty much what the listing says and it’s priced accordingly. It has everything we needed for a short break. My only concern - I’m not entirely convinced that the patio door out to the balcony was secure enough."

"The apartment was just gorgeous, exactly as described. Everything in top working order and super clean. Little extras like coffee pods and extra towels were much appreciated. The location is fabulous, lots of excellent bars and restaurants nearby. The owner/manager replied rapidly to any emails abd was very helpful. Looking forward to returning."

"El hotel está muy bien situado a distancia caminando hasta la catedral y a unos pasos de Triana para poder disfrutar en las noches de unas copas . El estacionamiento se puede encontrar fácil Ente en la calle por unos pocos euros . No vale la pena pagar estacionamiento . Volvería siempre "

Great for a 4 night break

"The place is super clean, the rooms, public areas, pool etc. We had half board and all the food was top quality and the staff were very attentive and hard working. I would certainly recommend Blue Bay Beach Club. Thank you all."

Excellent hotel

"The hotel was very large and had a lot of facilities. There were several pools and to a decent depth. The cleaning staff, especially Inma, were all delightful and did a great job. They even let me practice my Spanish with them! The arcade was good fun and open quite late of an evening. The breakfast was varied and well-cooked. Breakfast included is a must! You get a wrist band to show the staff what you are entitled to. One of the best things about the stay was the transport links. There's a bus stop almost immediately outside the front of the hotel (1 min walk if you want to be specific). You can get to the whole island that way. "
