"Nice staff and great location with lots of train options. Despite a beautiful and modern lobby the rest of the property is quite run down. My room had carpet and curtain wear/stains and the bathroom had some tile damage. Dated furnishings but a very large and spacious room which was great. Absolutely fine for a pragmatic business trip but definitely not ideal for an indulgent vacation stay. "

We did ask for help but the guy was unsuccessful in tuning it in and did make us feel awkward that we had complained. "Close to Legoland Windsor, Caroline has created a comfortable, stylish, yet homely bed and breakfast. We stayed in the lodge where we had kitchen facilities which was well equipped. Spacious bedroom/living area. Popped over the road to the pub for pudding and a sneaky drink. The following morning, we were greeted with a smile and an array of continental offerings to start before tucking into a great cooked breakfast with beautifully poached eggs. Great stay."

"This was a last minute booking and it was absolutely amazing. The room looked just like the photos, so beautiful. Hotel is secure and really clean. The 2 ladies at the reception were so warm and friendly. Giving a 4 star rating because there wasn’t any luggage trolley and I had to get all my suitcases to my room by myself. Also check out time is 10 am, which is quite early. They also didn’t send me anything for my birthday."
