"This was a very pleasant stay. The hotel is very discrete which actually made it feel very safe. It is more like a converted house than a traditional hotel with lobby. Each room has a video doorbell. Room and property very clean, bed very comfortable and all necessary amenities included such as kettle, tea and coffee, smart TV, great shower, air con etc. Great value, very pleasantly surprised would stay again. "This was an excellent property for a single woman. The staff were very helpful. And they managed to get me in my room early after coming in on an early morning flight from the states. They even called me to let me know when it was ready. There was a little issue with the heat, but they were quick to remedy it. The only negative at all is that the atmosphere is a little cold. It doesn’t have the warmth that is typical in South Kensington properties but that’s a small price to pay for efficiency...

We were also traveling around England with a rental car. Most hotels around England do not come with parking so this is a big plus. They have an underground parking where you use a PIN to enter and exit. There is not much to do around the neighborhood but since we have a car it was not an issue. "It was an absolutely amazing stay at the Regency for my wife, 5 year old daughter and me. Safe and cozy neighborhood close to the tube and convenient corner stores. "A great fine in London. We stayed 10 nights. Perfect location -- 1 block off Earl's Court Road --shops, taxis, grocery stores, Earl Court tube. Spacious room/apartment. WASHER/ DRYER. Everything you need in the kitchen. We ate many meals in. And kind, helpful front desk staff. We did not go to their garden in the back because it was toooo cold out. We will be back ."

"The location of the room was very nice and the cleaning was also very nice but I think it is suitable for one person. The bed is really small for two people, we had difficulty sleeping. We stayed for eight days and not once did anyone come to clean, bring towels or ask if we needed anything. At least for longer stays, extra cleaning should have been done."
