"Got the wrong room and only noticed it a couple of hours after we arrived. We paid for the elephant bath view and we were literally on the opposite side. We went to tell the receptionist after dinner and they didn't do anything. "The room was really nice! I wasn't expecting much from the outside but I was pleasantly surprised. It's a great value and I would recommend staying here for seeing the Elephant Orphanage. I was a litte disapointed in the breakfast and not at all happy with the dinner at the restaurant. The hotel was great though."
